After spending nearly 13 years in New York City’s trendiest neighborhood, Tribeca, creating and specializing in Vietnamese cuisine, we lost our lease and were forced to set up a new restaurant elsewhe...re. With our parents getting older and their desire to live in a warmer climate, our choices were limited to a few cities. We embarked on a month long quest for a suitable location for our new restaurant and searched for places to set up in California, Houston, Dallas, Florida and Atlanta. We ultimately decided on Dallas.
Opened in late February 2006, the restaurant is named after the then youngest addition to our family, Alexander.
